I have over sixteen years of experience in the industry and academia, with a background in QoE and UX scientific research. I am an expert in KPI data analysis, emotional intelligence management, leadership, and customers’ acceptability of emerging technologies. I have a lot of experience in lead UX research in companies. In my free time, I love sports and fitness, and I am always looking for ways to improve my physical and mental well-being. Additionally, I am interested in home automation and enjoy finding ways to make my home more efficient and convenient through technology.
