Researcher, strategist and experience leader.
I have spent almost two decades understanding how people experience technology, why complex journeys break and how organisations can make better decisions from evidence.
How I work
I started in academic and applied research, studying technology acceptance, perceived quality, satisfaction and continued usage across six continents. That foundation still shapes how I work: define the real question, combine qualitative and quantitative evidence, distinguish symptoms from causes, and make findings usable for the people who must act.
Across fintech, industrial technology, healthcare, mobility, B2B SaaS and telecom, I have led research, CX strategy, UX frameworks, product discovery, analytics and cross-functional improvement programmes. I am most useful where customer friction, product complexity and organisational ambiguity overlap.
